Clothing Swap!
Have a closet full of clothes you don't wear? Or even a piece or two that you KNOW would look great on someone else, but you never know what to wear it with?
Bring your clean, dry, pet hair free, and gently used clothing to our clothing swap on March 25th! During this clothing swap, you will have an opportunity to cycle through your own closet and replace your gently used items with a couple of pieces that you get to fall in love with!

Jonathan Lesyk is an investment and wealth advisor with Raymond James Ltd. He is going to speak about who Raymond James is as a firm, what it is like for you to work with an independent company rather than a bank for your wealth management needs, and why he is passionate about the career path he has chosen. He will also speak about the work he does for his clients and why his clients choose him over their many alternatives. He aims to keep his presentation short and to-the-point, allowing time for Q&A and open discussion afterward.

Ayurveda 101: Building Blocks - Part 1
Join Kathy Jo Matthews for this first part of a two part Ayurveda 101 seminar series.
Building Blocks will discuss the history of Ayurveda and the theory behind this ancient system of medicine.
Ayurveda looks at the unique nature of the person and their imbalances, and applies unique medicines to bring the person back into their ideal state of health.
In this seminar you will learn how to assess your unique nature and how to use daily practices to keep yourself in balance.
